e-Statements are here!
We are excited to introduce e-Statement delivery as an automated electronic delivery system for your FNBS monthly statements. No more waiting for the paper statements to arrive in the mail – on the first or second business day of each month, an email will be sent to you letting you know your statements are ready for viewing, printing or saving to your computer. e-Statements are not only more secure, but are environmentally friendly too! e-Statement Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to receive paper statements and e-Statements?
Once you are signed up for e-Statements you can print out the ones you would like. The statement format has not changed. It is identical to what the Bank mails you currently.
Where are the check images found that go with a particular statement?
Scroll down to the end of each statement to view the check images. Again, this is identical to what the Bank mails you.
Can I customize one account to receive a paper statement and another as an e-Statement?
When you sign up for e-Statements, our system will automatically change all accounts that are linked to your Online Banking Agreement to e-Statements. The good thing is you can quickly print the ones you want to keep as paper copies.
If I change my mind, can I switch back to paper statements?
Yes. However, we encourage you to give e-Statements a try for three months or more. Signing up for e-Statements allows you access to your statements sooner and you can print yourself or they can also be saved to your own computer for future viewing.
How long will my statements be available online?
We’re anticipating having at least one year of history available. For more than one year of history, you can choose to download the monthly statements to create your own statement archive.
If I do not wish to sign up for e-Statements, can I still view statements online as I have done in the past?
Should you wish to continue receiving paper statements, you will no longer be able to view your statements online. You can view specific activity on an account by going to the Reports tab and categorizing the information you would like to view. You may also click on a desired account and search under the Advanced Search tab.
