Important information to know should your Debit Master Card be Lost or Stolen:

Please contact us immediately if you’ve lost your card, the card has been stolen or you feel there have been unauthorized transactions made with your card.  You can reach our Operations Dept. by calling 860-668-3950 during normal business hours of 7:30AM to 5:00PM Monday to Friday and 7:30AM to 12:00 Noon on Saturdays.  During non-business hours, please call Master Card Fraud Prevention directly at 1-800-627-8372.

Also: Your First National Bank of Suffield Master Money Card can be used internationally. For your convenience away from home, your Master Money Card is welcomed internationally for purchases wherever the MasterCard® symbol is displayed*. Plus, you have the benefit of convenient worldwide ATM access to your funds! For your protection, The First National Bank of Suffield utilizes a Fraud Prevention Service. If you will be traveling outside the US, please contact a bank representative at any office and provide your dates of travel and the country or countries that you will be traveling to. We will alert Fraud Prevention and they will monitor your card activity while you’re away so you will have no interruptions in your travels.

*Due to a high volume of fraudulent activity, certain countries are blocked from any MasterCard® or ATM activity. Please contact one of our offices for an updated list of blocked countries before you travel.
