Connecticut’s New Leaders in Banking

We are proud to announce that Carrie LeBlanc was named one of Connecticut’s New Leaders in Banking!

Carrie has been with the Bank for 25 years and is currently our First Vice President of Operations and Information Technology.

Over the last few months, the Connecticut Bankers Association and Connecticut Banking magazine asked bankers throughout the Nutmeg State to nominate individuals that they believe are rising stars in the banking profession. Nominees needed to be working at a bank in Connecticut and be making a significant contribution to their institution or community.

With many nominations to pick from, it was difficult to narrow the field down to the final list. The Connecticut Bankers Association and Connecticut Banking Magazine began soliciting nominations in August, and closed the process in October. Winners were chosen by a small panel of judges, none of whom is an active banker, or staff member of the Connecticut Bankers Association.

Congratulations Carrie, from all of us at The First National Bank of Suffield
